Overview Thank you for serving on the co-CREATE 2026 Reviewer Committee. Your rigorous and fair evaluation is essential to maintaining the high standards of our conference. Please adhere to the following guidelines during the assessment process.

Core Reviewing Principles

  • Confidentiality: Treat all submissions as strictly confidential. Do not share, distribute, or use any unpublished data, concepts, or materials contained within the submissions.
  • Conflict of Interest (COI): Immediately decline any assignment where a conflict of interest exists. This includes recent collaborations, institutional affiliations, or personal relationships with the authors.
  • Constructive Feedback: Provide clear, respectful, and actionable feedback. Focus on the work rather than the authors. Highlight both strengths and areas requiring improvement to help authors elevate their submissions.
  • Timeliness: Adhere strictly to the review deadlines. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your review on time, notify the committee immediately so the submission can be reassigned.

Evaluation Criteria

Please evaluate each submission based on the following core metrics:

  • Relevance: Does the submission align with the co-CREATE 2026 themes and conference tracks?
  • Originality & Innovation: Does the work present novel ideas, methodologies, or significant advancements in its field?
  • Rigor & Validity: Are the methods, arguments, and conclusions sound, well-supported, and logically sound?
  • Clarity & Presentation: Is the writing clear, well-structured, and professionally formatted?

Final Recommendation

Conclude your review with one of the following clear recommendations:

  • Accept: The submission is excellent and ready as-is (or requires only minor typographical corrections).
  • Accept with Minor Revisions: The core work is strong but requires slight adjustments before final acceptance.
  • Revise and Resubmit (Major Revisions): The submission has potential but requires significant reworking or additional data.

Reject: The submission fundamentally lacks rigor, originality, or relevance to the conference.
