Information For Authors

To ensure all accepted research meets the highest academic standards and is prepared for publication in impactful journals, the co-CREATE 2026 committee employs a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation process. Reviewers and authors should familiarize themselves with the following workflow.

Phase 1: First Round Review (Abstract Evaluation)

This initial stage determines if the proposed research aligns with the conference scope and demonstrates foundational academic merit.

  • Objective: To evaluate the core concept, relevance, and clarity of the research before a full manuscript is drafted.
  • Review Criteria: Reviewers assess the abstract based strictly on the co-CREATE 2026 Abstract Template guidelines (max 300 words, correct formatting, clearly stated purpose, results, and conclusions).
  • Outcome: Approved abstracts move forward, and the authors receive an official invitation to develop and submit their full paper.

Phase 2: Second Round Review (Full Paper Evaluation)

This critical stage focuses on strengthening the quality of the research to meet the stringent requirements of high-impact journals.

  • Objective: To conduct a deep, comprehensive assessment of the study’s academic rigor, methodology, original contribution, and data validity.
  • Review Criteria: Reviewers provide in-depth, constructive feedback to help authors refine their arguments, improve data presentation, and elevate the overall impact of the paper.
  • Revision Loop: Authors may be required to undergo a "Revise and Resubmit" cycle, incorporating reviewer feedback to ensure the manuscript is highly competitive for journal publication.
  • Outcome: Papers that successfully pass this rigorous evaluation are officially accepted for presentation at the conference and selected for journal consideration.

Phase 3: Professional Proofreading & Formatting

Once a full paper has passed the academic evaluation of the Second Round, it enters the final quality assurance stage.

  • Objective: To eliminate language barriers and ensure pristine readability.
  • Process: The manuscript undergoes thorough proofreading to correct grammar, syntax, spelling, and phrasing.
  • Formatting: The paper is finalized to ensure strict compliance with the specific citation and structural requirements of the targeted, high-impact journal.

Outcome: A polished, publication-ready manuscript.
